OBDSTAR MT502 Test Tesla Model Y Compressor by Bench

OBDSTAR MT502 Test Platform can support power on, test, and verify most brands of electric scroll compressors by sending a CANBUS signal. It adopts the latest 3.0 APK operating platform to help automotive technicians to do maintenance.

This is a demo of using OBDSTAR MT502 to test the Tesla Model Y compressor by the bench. 

Tools Required

*Note: please ensure the MT502 test platform is in charging and communication during the process.

Procedure 

Test platform >> Agree >> Compressor >> Latest version >> Brand >> Tesla >> Tesla Model-Y SANDEN 1582668-00-F

Connect according to Guide & Pinout at the bottom left of the screen.

After the harness connection is completed, press "Start".

As we can see, it's normal for the current range to fluctuate a little around 330V.

Turn on the ignition and press "Start".

The test command has been sent.

Now we can observe the change in voltage and current.

Press "Stop" and turn off the ignition.

The compressor driver test is completed.

KTM 1190 Adventure 2014 odometer calibration via OBDSTAR MS80

This article will show you how to use OBDSTAR MS80 motorcycle diagnostic tool to adjust the mileage for the KTM 1190 Adventure 2014.

First, we can see that the mileage displayed on this motorcycle's instrument is "61000" KM.

We can also check the current mileage of the motorcycle through the MS80 tool, the operation path is as follows:

Enter MOTO Diag, enter "KTM" in the search box, and select "KTM V31.18" >> "Diagnosis" >> "Select from vehicle".

Select "1190 Adventure" and click "OK" to continue.

Select "Chassis management system">>"Eldor MCU(2013-)>>"ECU information".

Here you can see that the current mileage of this car is "60992".

Next is the mileage adjustment process.

Click "Back" to go back to the main interface, click "ODO Meter" >> "KTM V31.04" >> "Select from vehicle (BETA)".

Also, select "1190 Adventure" and click "OK" to continue.

Select "One-click Repair" and enter the new mileage, here we enter "20000".

The mileage has been set successfully!

Hyundai/Kia 95910 N7070 Airbag Reset by OBDSTAR P50

This article will guide you on how to use OBDSTAR P50 to reset Hyundai/Kia airbag 95910 N7070 in bench mode.

The tools we need:

Hyundai/Kia Airbag ECU

P50 tablet

Main Cable

P004 Adapter

CANFD Adapter

P004 Jumper

Select "Airbag Reset" >> "Airbag Reset V30.33" >> "Manual Select Model" >> "HYUNDAI/KIA" >> "Auto Search Part Number", then click "Enter" to continue.

Check the part number on the ECU label

Input the part number of ECU (case insensitive, fuzzy search supported)

After entering the part number, select "Enter" to continue.

Press "ESC" to enter CONFIG mode.

Remarks: click the operation instructions at the bottom left to check the best detection method.

Then choose "Pinout", connecting according to the wiring diagram.

Once the device is connected, click on "ECU Information" to view the relevant information.

Then return to the previous interface and click "Read DTC" to check the error code, there is a crash error code.

Then we choose "Erase Crash", this function is available by connecting the server, please make sure the internet connection is normal.

Erase Crash Success, please disconnect the 12v power supply and wait for 30 seconds, and then reconnect the 12v power supply.

Then return to the previous interface and click "Read DTC" again, the crash history has been erased successfully.

The airbag reset is done!
