Today I’m going to make a key for the 2013 Vauxhall Astra J when all keys lost. Luckily the customer has its keycodes so that I can cut it via Xhorse Condor XC-Mini Plus machine firstly, then go to Obdstar X300 DP Plus (Key Master DP Plus) to program.
Why I’m using X300 DP Plus is because it’s really a good key programmer tool for Vauxhall.
Key Cutting
Key database >> Opal >> Input Key codes: Z0469, confirm >> Confirm >> Cut
It is a HU100 key blank, fix it flat on the XC-Mini Plus clamp to cut...
Both sides cutting Finished!
Let’s take it out to test the key, it can open the door & switch ignition.
Done!
Here we go to program the key.
Key Programming
Plug Obdstar X300 DP Plus connector into OBD2 port, press
IMMO >> Opel >> Opel V30.60 >> Opel >> Manual select model >> Astra J >> 2010-2016 >> Blade >> Add key >> Input pin code
(If I select Vauxhall, all I would have listed is Vivaro & Morano, so go to Opel directly.)
(I could also read the pin code, but I already have, so input it directly.)
Follow the prompts to operate:
Switch ignition off for 5s, and then switch ignition.
Configuring the system, please wait for 10 minutes...
Switch ignition off, remove the key.
Open and close the driver door, confirm all electrical equipment closed.
Insert the key to be programmed and turn on the ignition.
Whether to program next key? Press “Esc” to complete.
Switch ignition off, remove the key.

Turn on the ignition.
Switch ignition off.
Turn on the ignition.
Program complete!
Let’s try the key, the remote works fine, and it can start the engine.
