Connector Pinout to view the wiring diagram.
Please note that this ECU supports multiple wiring methods. Refer to the corresponding wiring diagram and perform the required operation accordingly.
Tap OK to continue.
Connect all cables according to the wiring diagram provided by the device.
Step 3: Check ECU Status
After completing the wiring connection:
1. Tap ECU Info
2. Tap Read DTC
The device will detect the fault codes stored in the airbag module and indicate that crash data is present.
Next, tap Erase DTC.
At this stage, the operation will fail because the crash record still exists in the ECU.
Step 4: Clear Crash Data
Tap Erase Crash.
Press START to begin the procedure.
The OBDSTAR P50 will process the airbag module and display a message indicating that the crash data has been successfully cleared.
Follow the on-screen instructions:
1. Turn the ignition OFF.
2. Wait approximately 30 seconds.
3. Turn the ignition ON again.
Step 5: Clear and Verify DTCs
After the crash data has been removed:
1. Tap Erase DTC
2. Confirm that the device displays Erase DTC Success
3. Tap Read DTC again
Verify that all DTCs have been successfully cleared and no crash records remain in the airbag ECU.

The DUCATI PIN code is a 4-digit security password designed for immobilizer (IMMO) protection and anti-theft data programming.
Its main functions include:
1. Emergency Unlock
If the key transponder fails, the smart key battery is dead, or the immobilizer system malfunctions, the PIN code can be entered via the dashboard to unlock and start the vehicle.
2. Security Protection
Factory default PINs (e.g., 0000) are typically generic. Users are strongly advised to change the PIN to a personalized code via the dashboard menu to prevent unauthorized access.
3. System Recovery
If the PIN is lost or not properly stored, the vehicle may be unable to start or access certain dashboard functions. In such cases, the PIN Code Reset function must be performed using a diagnostic tool.
