Obdstar X300 DP Plus Program Toyota A8 All Key Lost via Key Sim

How to use Obdstar X300 DP Plus to program a key sim for Toyota A8 when all key lost? This is Toyota A8, now I’m gonna try key programming on the car.

Connect X300 DP Plus to OBD2 port of Toyota, let’s go to start:

Diagprogram >> Agree >> IMMO >> TOYOTA LEXUS >> TOYOTA/LEXUS V32.36 >> Manual select system

Proximity >> Type 5 (all smart key lost) >> Read EEPROM >> Enter

Reading data...

Rename file name, press “Enter” to save.

Enter >> Enter >> Make simulated card >> Enter >> Enter

Select saved file just now: Enter >> Enter

Connect key SIM simulated card with X300 DP Plus, press “Enter”.

Generating the A8 type simulated card, please wait for 1-2 minutes...

The indicator light turns orange from blue... it will turn blue again when finished.

 Generate a simulated card successfully, press “Enter” to complete.

All right, let’s test the key sim, it can work normally.

First of all, connect OBDSTAR MS80 with BMW motorcycle via OBD, turn on the ignition,  let’s start:

Auto identify to confirm VIN

Moto diag >> BMW >> BMW V30.02 >> Auto Identify[VIN] >> Enter

Diagnose engine module

ENG >> Bosch BMS MP1 (2016-) Euro 4

We can read ECU information, read and erase fault codes, read data flow, perform active test and other special functions here.

- ECU information

- Read fault codes >> No fault codes.

- Erase fault codes >> Make sure ignition switch is tuned on, but engine does not launch >> Continue to clear DTC >> Erase fault codes successfully

- Read data flow Value live data >> Select all

We can see all engine value live data here, press the third icon on the bottom, go access to see more instrument diagrams, they will change when turning the engine.

Exit back to press 

State live data >> Select all >> Enter

We can see all engine state live data here.

OBDSTAR X300 DP Plus 2009 VW Passat Blade key programming via OBD

 How to use Obdstar X300 DP Plus key programmer to add a new blade key for the 2009 VW Passat via OBD successfully? 

Now let’s connect to the vehicle OBD2 interface and show the steps.

 

Go forward to Obdstar X300 DP Plus scanner:

IMMO >> Search Bar, input VW >> VW/AUDI/SKADA/SEAT V34.41

VW >> 2-3.5 Generation Immobilizer>> Select From Type >> Read PinCode >> 17 Dashboard >> 2-3 Generation

Switch ignition off, press “Enter”.

Switch ignition on, press “Enter”.

Record the password, press “Enter”, then “Esc” back to “25 Immobiliser”.

Follow the prompts to operate:

The screen says to switch the ignition off again, then press “Enter”.

Switch ignition on again, press “Enter” to go on.

If there is a key to start the vehicle, insert it into the ignition and turn to ON position first.

Enter >> Enter Password >> Enter >> Successful

Enter the key number to match >> Enter

Each key in the ON/OFF position for at least 2 seconds, matching is done.

Note: if the remote can remotely control the vehicle but cannot start the vehicle, the instrument prompts IMMOBIL ACTIVATED, then re-insert the key without turning on the ignition, wait for a few minutes and try to start!

3 keys have been programmed successfully, don’t forget to test them the remote control function.
