In this article, we'll share how to program the 2011 Mercedes-Benz A-Class W207 EIS for all keys lost with the OBDSTAR X300 Classic G3 + BENZ FBS3 Kit via CAN protocol.

Connection

Carefully read the operation steps and precautions.

Step1: Read PinCode>> Pinout

Open the wiring diagram, and make the connection according to the wiring diagram.

PinCode Collection >> OK

Please connect the C4-05 module and the diagnostic tool to the MP001 programmer, and supply the MP001 programmer with an external power(12V).

Click "Help" and follow the device prompts to connect the C4-05 and the diagnostic tool to the MP001 programmer.

Click "Yes".

Note: 

1. This function requires Internet access, please keep the network connection throughout the process.

2. Please follow the instructions strictly and do not disconnect during the process.

Please confirm that the EIS has been disconnected from the ELV and then tap "OK."

Please insert the infrared key simulator C4-05(for Mercedes-Benz) into the EIS. If it has been inserted, please pull it out first and then reinsert it.

Wait for the system to collect data. The device will automatically parse out the PinCode of the key.

The PinCode has been read out.

PinCode reading completed. Please restore any parts that were removed from the vehicle!

Step2: Generate BE Key File>> Method 1(Read EIS IMMO Data) >> OK

Please connect the diagnostic tool to the MP001 programmer, and supply the MP001 programmer with an external power(12V).

Check the wiring diagram, and remove the C4-05 cable.

Yes >> Generate Key File >> Selected key position: Key1

For all keys lost programming, we can select any one of the key positions.

Key file generation is successful!

Step3: Reset Virgin BE Key Data

Please connect the C4-04 module and the diagnostic tool to the MP001 programmer, and supply the MP001 programmer with an external power(12V).

Tap "Help" to view the wiring diagram.

We need to connect an additional C4-04 board.

Please insert the key into the infrared keyhole of the C4-04 module, and then tap the button "OK".

Reset virgin the key? Yes

Key reset virgin successfully!

Step4: Read Key Info

Yes >> OK

The key still needs to be inserted into the infrared keyhole of the C4-04.

This indicates the key has been reset virgin successfully.

Step5: Write BE Key Data

Yes >> OK

Follow the prompts to place the Mercedes-Benz key into the infrared keyhole of the C4-04.

Select the key file just generated >> Write the key file? Yes 

The key file was written successfully!

Please insert the key into the EIS and check if the key can start the vehicle and if the remote functions are working properly.

The newly added key may have normal remote functionality but be unable to start the vehicle. Please disable then enable the newly added key position and check whether the ELV is normal before tying again.

Step6: Examine Car Key

Yes >> OK

Please insert the ignition key into the EIS.

Please remove the ignition key from the EIS, then insert it into the EIS and tap the button "OK".

Please insert the key into the infrared keyhole of the C4-04 module, and then tap the button "OK".

This key is the ignition key for this vehicle.

The key programming was successful.

Verify by inserting the key into the EIS and turning it to ensure it works properly.

How to Export and Delete Data on Your OBDSTAR DC706

This article will provide three methods to export and delete data on OBDSTAR DC706.

Method 1: Data Export via USB Disk

Method 2: Data Export via TYPE-C cable and computer

Method 3: Data Export via Wireless connection

Here are the steps:

Method 1: Data Export via USB Disk

Insert the USB Disk into the USB port

Open DP interface

Tap [Data Management] >> [My Data]

Long press to select the files you need to export

Tap on [Copy]

Select "USB Disk"

Paste the files you copied earlier

Export is successful.

Method 2: Data Export via TYPE-C cable and computer

Connect the device to your computer using a Type-C to USB cable

After connecting, the device will directly show the access path

Follow this path

Open the computer desktop

Navigate to "This PC\MD75\NAND FLASH\DP\957490003630\Data"

You can see all data files stored in the device

Select the files you need to export and copy them

Create a new folder on the desktop

Paste the files you copied into this folder

Export is successful.

Method 3: Data Export via Wireless connection

Ensure that both the device and the computer are on the same local network

Open the main menu on the device

Locate "ES File Explorer"

Choose "Remote Manager"

Tap [Turn on]

Input the server address on your PC

Navigate to "DP", "serial number", "Data"

Copy or cut the data files you need to export

Please create a new folder on the desktop and paste the files into it.

Export is successful.
